About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Governance Senior Specialist to join our team in Makkah. This full-time role requires 3-6 years of experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will contribute to establishing robust governance structures and ensuring effective oversight across various activities.

Role Overview

The Governance Senior Specialist will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the company's governance framework. This includes managing governance structures, decision rights, policies, and procedures. The role involves active participation in committee governance, as well as monitoring and reporting on governance activities, supported by Microsoft Power BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks.
Establish and maintain effective governance structures and decision rights.
Support the governance of policies and procedures.
Facilitate and support committee-level governance activities.
Monitor and report on governance activities, utilizing Microsoft Power BI for reporting.
Track actions and decisions to ensure timely completion and accountability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date governance documentation.
Engage with stakeholders and prepare relevant dashboards and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in governance framework development and implementation.
Demonstrated experience with governance structures, decision rights, and policies and procedures.
Proficiency in committee governance, monitoring, reporting, and action tracking.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role involves working within a professional environment focused on maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
