Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships across Saudi Arabia.
• Sign up and onboard new clients.
• Contribute to the growth of Halian's presence in the Kingdom.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, motivated, and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in technology or professional services recruitment is an advantage.
