We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to expanding our client base and driving the next phase of growth within the evolving Saudi Arabian market, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities across our specialist STEM markets. This involves developing strong client relationships, understanding workforce challenges, and positioning Linnk Arabia as a trusted talent partner in the region.

Business Development and Client Engagement

• Develop and grow existing client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services across current partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring strategies and workforce requirements.
• Present Linnk Arabia's solutions and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Deliver client service and maintain regular communication.

Market Intelligence and Strategic Support

• Develop a strong understanding of your chosen market sector.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide market insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning through market research and business intelligence.

Performance and Revenue Generation

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Accurately track business development activities and performance metrics.
• Contribute to overall team growth and commercial success.

This role operates on an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or business development, preferably within the STEM sectors.
