About Anix Global and the Role

Anix Global is seeking a BDM IT Solutions to drive business growth in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on expanding market presence and fostering strong client relationships within the technology consulting sector.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives and account management, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft technology services and solutions. The role involves identifying high-impact opportunities, cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers, and leading sales cycles from qualification to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, focusing on Microsoft technology services and solutions.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities in the Saudi market and cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
  • Lead sales cycles end-to-end, from opportunity qualification and solution alignment to contract negotiations and closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business value delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Strengthen relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients by proactively delivering value through offerings in Data, AI, Cloud, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to co-create compelling solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Microsoft ecosystem to inform business development strategy.
  • Support internal leadership with account insights and performance reporting to drive growth and decision-making in the KSA region.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with at least 5-7 years specifically in business development and account management, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the KSA market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, security solutions, and enterprise technologies is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is an advantage.

Compensation and Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary offered for this role is 18,000 SAR per month.
