About the Role

Jeraisy Computers and Communications Services is seeking an experienced IT Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing and expanding sales accounts through the cultivation of strong client relationships.

Role Overview

The IT Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a portfolio of existing clients. The primary objective is to maintain and strengthen client relationships, leading to customer retention and account growth. This role acts as the main point of contact for client accounts, addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive account expansion.
  • Manage existing client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring retention.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client accounts, addressing concerns and delivering timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Proactively engage potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand their IT challenges and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized client solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in managing multiple accounts and working with enterprise-level clients. The role demands a strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud services.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct client interaction and requires a proactive approach to sales and account management within the IT sector.
