About the Role

ZOS is seeking an experienced IT Sales Specialist to join their business development network. This is a freelance, commission-based opportunity focused on the Saudi Arabian market.

Role Overview

The IT Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals within the Saudi IT market. The role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This position operates on a freelance, commission-based structure, with compensation directly tied to successfully generated and closed business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Approach potential clients and present ZOS services.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Manage client communication, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business.
  • Provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, and sales progress.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or technology solutions sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and business environment.
  • Previous experience selling one or more of the following services: Websites and web applications, mobile applications, custom software solutions, CRM/ERP systems, networking and infrastructure solutions, CCTV and security systems, cloud services and hosting, IP telephony and communication solutions, managed IT services and technical support.
  • Ability to comprehend technical requirements and clearly explain solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage opportunities professionally.
  • An existing client network in Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage.
  • Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of both the commercial and technical aspects of IT solutions. Candidates should possess extensive market connections and the ability to effectively convert business opportunities into successful deals.

Work Arrangement

This is a freelance position based in Saudi Arabia. Compensation is commission-based, directly linked to sales performance.
