Beauty Salon Manager

We're looking for a skilled Barista to join our team, where you'll craft exceptional coffee beverages while providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving various coffee drinks, operating and maintaining espresso machines, and ensuring cleanliness of the work area. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

• Analyze and develop a clear understanding of submitted business requirements.
• Coordinate requirement-gathering sessions with IT Project Managers and business stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed elicitation sessions to capture all necessary information for CRM enhancements or change requests.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Process Flows.
• Support the IT Project Manager during System Integration Testing.
• Perform impact assessments for proposed changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or IT roles.
• Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
