Role Overview

The Bell Captain is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to guest services, specifically focusing on luggage handling and guest assistance. The position requires a leader who can deliver memorable experiences and uphold the hotel's standards of service, spreading the warmth of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, providing assistance with luggage and familiarizing them with their rooms and hotel amenities.
• Organize, store, and retrieve guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Supervise daily team operations, including scheduling, training, and coaching, to foster an engaged and high-performing team.
• Provide regular updates to the team to ensure they are well-informed about hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with the upkeep and functionality of bell carts, communication devices, and other related equipment.
