The Role of BIM Assistant Manager

As a BIM Assistant Manager, you will contribute to leading integrated teams throughout the project phases, focusing on information management and digital delivery. This full-time position requires a professional capable of ensuring compliance with information management requirements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a large-scale development context.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and information sharing across projects.
• Develop and apply knowledge of ISO 19650 and relevant client standards, ensuring compliance with information management requirements.
• Ensure information security protocols are followed and support governance, assurance, and quality control processes, including QA/QC reviews of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Understand information authoring fundamentals and deliver work in accordance with Mace processes, procedures, and information management assignment responsibilities.
• Review existing technologies, research emerging BIM solutions, and support continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.
• Provide construction sequencing strategies using information models and support the assurance and validation of information models throughout project delivery.
• Assist in the development of object libraries, information standards, methods, procedures, and shared BIM resources aligned with organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with project, design, and cost management teams to support cost planning, procedural compliance, and the achievement of net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this position must hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent. This includes:

• A Levels, AS Levels, and International Baccalaureate qualifications.
• Advanced Apprenticeships and T Levels.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within integrated teams on a large-scale development programme, contributing to its successful delivery across various phases.
