About Flow

Flow is a company focused on reimagining living, working, and connecting. Operating as a brand, technology platform, and operations ecosystem, Flow encompasses condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. The company aims to create flexible, connected living experiences designed to foster genuine community and deliver value to its residents. Flow's mission emphasizes prioritizing residents and their experiences, promoting connection with themselves, their neighbors, and the natural world, thereby building vibrant, human-centered communities.

The Role: BIM / CAD Modeler (Revit)

Flow is seeking a BIM / CAD Modeler with a specialized focus on Interior Design and Technical Detailing to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the design and delivery of Flow’s projects across the MENA region. The Modeler will be responsible for translating ambitious design intent into highly accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models and CAD documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, understanding that effective models incorporate the fine details of joinery, material transitions, and furniture integration, thereby bridging conceptual interior design with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Revit BIM models specifically for high-end architectural and interior design packages.
  • Produce comprehensive Interior Design construction packages, including furniture plans, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), power, lighting, plumbing, elevations, and section details.
  • Create detailed drawing packages for bespoke joinery, kitchens, and furniture, ensuring technical feasibility and design alignment.
  • Prepare and manage complex schedules for doors, windows, ironmongery, and joinery.
  • Interpret FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and material specifications provided by the design team, ensuring all items are correctly coded, tagged, and reflected in the Revit model and drawing sets.
  • Facilitate "clash-free" design by coordinating interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines within the BIM environment.
  • Maintain Revit families and templates, ensuring all ID-specific components (furniture, lighting, finishes) align with Flow’s BIM protocols.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with local Saudi building codes and Flow’s internal design standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience, with a proven track record in Interior Design documentation and high-end real estate or hospitality projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD is mandatory, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
  • Experience working in BIM environments, including model coordination and LOD development.
  • Strong understanding of furniture construction, millwork detailing, and how different materials (stone, wood, metal) interface in an interior setting.
  • BIM fluency, including experience in model coordination, LOD (Level of Development) 300-400, and working within shared CDE (Common Data Environments).

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino, or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced development environments with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, capable of identifying precise misalignments.
  • Detail-oriented thinking, taking pride in precision and clarity in technical documentation.
  • Technical sensitivity, demonstrated by the ability to interpret material specification sheets for accurate representation in technical drawings.
  • Collaborative spirit, engaging in constructive dialogue with designers and engineers to solve complex site problems.
  • A combination of technical discipline with design sensitivity.
