About Tarshid and the Role

Tarshid - National Energy Services Company is seeking a BL Senior Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to supporting the Projects Program Manager in the daily execution and oversight of various projects.

Role Overview

The BL Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient progress and completion of project activities. This role involves active monitoring, ensuring compliance with timelines and approvals, and managing critical interfaces to facilitate successful project delivery.

Core Project Execution Responsibilities

Support the contract in completing planned project activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure all activities are completed within the required timeline.
Ensure the Contractor obtains all necessary approvals for project documentation.
Manage all internal and external project interfaces.
Update and review project progress on a weekly basis, highlighting areas of concern that require intervention.
Prepare and issue weekly progress reports for projects.
Prepare periodic slides for executive management presentations.

Project Management and Technical Support

Assist the Project Manager in project execution, field visits, and technical project reviews.
Compile inputs necessary for preparing project planning reports.

Implementation and Post-Implementation Support

Support in supervising ESCOs responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of projects.
Assist the Project Manager in managing relationships with government entities.
Support the supervision of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services provided.
Assist the Project Manager in ensuring that performance guarantees are satisfied.
Liaise with Finance and Legal departments to resolve any project-related issues.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally within a similar industry or with exposure to energy services projects.
