Brand Manager Rare Disease

About the Role

Ipsen is seeking a Brand Manager, Rare Disease to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving brand growth and enhancing patient impact across the Kingdom.

Role Purpose

The Brand Manager will be responsible for strategic and entrepreneurial leadership in the rare disease sector. This role involves translating market insights into actionable strategies to accelerate brand growth and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand and operational plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
• Lead the creation of omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials, and digital engagement initiatives for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Translate market insights and performance data into actionable strategies that accelerate brand growth.
• Drive scientific engagement activities, including training programs, masterclasses, and educational events.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure aligned and effective execution.
• Manage marketing investments to maximize return while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
