Hiring Opportunity – Finance & Budgeting Specialist

We are currently seeking experienced professionals in the financial field to join a dynamic team supporting budgeting, cost control, and financial planning operations.

Position: Finance & Budgeting Specialist
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Nationality: Open to All Nationalities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage OPEX budgets related to direct and indirect costs
  • Monitor budget consumption across power plants on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop detailed CAPEX & OPEX budget planning and forecasting
  • Conduct forecast vs. actual analysis throughout the fiscal year
  • Support management reporting through advanced Excel and Power BI analysis
  • Maintain strong understanding of SAP ERP budget lifecycle processes (Budget Entry, PR, PO, Actuals)
  • Ensure accurate tracking and understanding of actual financial processes
  • Technical knowledge of power plant operations is considered an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience working within SAP ERP systems
  • Strong reporting, forecasting, and budgeting background

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in the MHRSD ecosystem (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).

  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and [English/Other].

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel is a must for payroll auditing).
