About the Role

Huxley is seeking two Business Analysts specializing in Islamic Banking to join a significant digital banking programme. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving digital transformation within the financial sector.

Role Context and Objectives

The successful candidates will play a key role in the development and enhancement of digital banking platforms, particularly mobile banking applications. A primary objective of this position is to ensure that all digital products, features, and customer journeys are fully aligned with Shariah principles and comply with local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document comprehensive business and functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Produce all necessary Business Analyst deliverables for digital banking projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of digital banking platforms, specifically mobile banking applications covering products such as accounts, cards, payments, and retail banking services.
• Ensure that all digital products and customer journeys strictly adhere to Shariah principles and regulatory standards.
• Operate as a delivery-focused Business Analyst within a dynamic and fast-paced transformation environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately 3-5 years of hands-on, functional Business Analyst experience.
• Mandatory experience within Islamic Banking or Shariah-compliant banking in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong background in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working on digital banking platforms, particularly mobile banking applications.
• Previous experience with Islamic banking institutions is highly preferred.

Project and Work Environment Details

This is an onsite position based in Riyadh. The initial contract length is 6 months, with a strong potential for extension based on project requirements and performance. The role requires an immediate start to support a major digital banking transformation initiative.
