About the Senior Business Analyst Role

SSC HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to contribute to the analysis and implementation of business solutions within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, encompassing both functional and non-functional needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and other necessary documentation.
  • Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions, loan products, and corporate banking services.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training, change management, and post-implementation assistance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on banking products and services, offering guidance to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements in banking to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking industry.
  • Experience in digital banking loans or corporate banking is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal Arabic and English is preferred.
