About Dautom and the Role

Dautom is seeking a Business Analyst to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on bridging business needs with technology to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing efficiency and productivity through meticulous analysis and clear documentation.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will play a central role in defining and documenting solution requirements by collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams. This position is integral to ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic business objectives and stakeholder expectations throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to define solution requirements.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Support solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business analysis role.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
