Job Description

About the Role

Huxley is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic engagement with a leading financial institution in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within the banking and financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting a consulting client's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership.
  • Conduct business process reviews, gap analyses, and process improvement assessments.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process flows, user stories, and business cases.
  • Support banking transformation and change initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, developers, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and business sign-off activities.
  • Produce executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and steering committee materials.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to support decision-making and project delivery.

Qualifications and Core Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Specialized Banking Expertise

Candidates must possess strong experience in banking, with specific knowledge in the following areas:

  • Loan Origination, Loan Processing, and Loan Management.
  • Lending Operations and Credit Risk.
  • Consumer Finance and Mortgage Products.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory environments.

Work Environment and Language

This role requires an essential onsite presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with local stakeholders and project teams.
