About the Business Analyst Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support decision-making and business performance improvement. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on market research, data analysis, performance reporting, and providing actionable business insights, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, sector studies, and competitive benchmarking analyses to identify industry trends, business opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Analyze business performance and operational data to generate insights and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for management.
  • Support planning and decision-making through evidence-based analysis.
  • Prepare analytical reports, management presentations, and executive summaries, and develop performance reports and dashboards to monitor key business indicators.
  • Analyze performance results, highlighting gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, data, and supporting information, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on analytical studies and initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and management, and maintain comprehensive documentation of analyses, methodologies, and business cases.
  • Ensure proper recordkeeping, data integrity, and adherence to documentation standards.

Role Accountabilities

  • Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules, utilizing resources effectively for efficient cost and time achievement.
  • Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
  • Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
  • Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh.
