Position: Business Development Executive – Recruitment & Manpower

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive** to join our recruitment and manpower services team in Saudi Arabia.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies requiring recruitment and manpower services.

* Visit potential clients, HR departments, procurement teams and decision-makers to introduce company services.

* Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, cold calling and online research.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for suitable candidates.

* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, company profiles and commercial offers.

* Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of recruitment/manpower contracts.

* Regularly follow up with clients regarding requirements, quotations, interviews and deployment.

* Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, requirements and business opportunities.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and manpower requirements across different industries.

* Achieve assigned monthly business development and revenue targets.

* Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client servicing and deployment.

* Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.

### Candidate Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Recruitment, Manpower Supply, HR Services or Staffing

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Good knowledge of the Saudi market and local business environment

✅ Valid Saudi Driving Licence – MUST

✅ Own car – MUST

✅ Transferable Iqama – MUST

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development visits

✅ Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated

✅ Ability to develop new clients and convert leads into business
