Ahlan Cyber is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in Cybersecurity/IAM to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on expanding our customer base and driving sales within the regional market for our security solutions.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, primarily for Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to market engagement and a deep understanding of customer security needs to position appropriate solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Identity Governance, Access Management, and related security offerings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base for the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, including CXOs, IT, and Information Security stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, opportunity qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with Presales and Technical teams on customer presentations, demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively position appropriate IAM and Cybersecurity solutions based on their business and security needs.
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth while managing key accounts and achieving assigned sales targets.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, with a specific focus on Cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management solutions.
