Business Development Manager

About the Role

Adept Global is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business development and revenue growth within the Riyadh market. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on identifying and developing enterprise opportunities, building relationships with senior technology and business stakeholders, and positioning technology-led solutions to address complex client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and business development activities for the assigned geography to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify potential enterprise clients through market mapping, outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
• Develop relationships with CXOs, CIOs/CTOs, IT heads, procurement teams, and other senior decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, requirement discovery, solution positioning, proposals, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure.
• Engage with clients to understand their business and technology requirements and recommend relevant IT solutions and services.
• Collaborate with technical, presales, delivery, and leadership teams to create customized solution proposals and presentations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunity status, expected closures, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead client discussions, business presentations, negotiations, and commercial conversations.
• Track developments in the technology market, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to customer acquisition, revenue growth, and expansion of existing client relationships.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, new business acquisition, and consultative selling within the Riyadh market. A strong track record in B2B sales and enterprise deal closures is required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in new business development and enterprise deal closures.
• Strong understanding of one or more areas such as IT services, cloud solutions, digital transformation, application services, infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise technology.
• Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong business communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
• Ability to independently manage a territory while effectively coordinating with internal teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a result-oriented approach to achieving sales and revenue goals.
