Jazeera Paints is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for expanding the company's market presence and achieving strategic business objectives by driving sales growth and cultivating strong client relationships.

The Role

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales programs to ensure full coverage of sales opportunities within the region. This position involves planning, developing, and managing client relationships for projects, with a focus on both retaining existing clients and acquiring new ones, particularly within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales programs to ensure full coverage of sales opportunities within the region.
• Plan, develop, and manage client relationships for projects, focusing on retaining existing clients and acquiring new ones.
• Build and maintain a robust network of relationships within the construction sector, including owners, government agencies, investors, consultants, developers, contractors, real estate owners, and brokers.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted institutions, fostering and activating strong relationships with them.
• Participate in various business development activities, such as lunch/business dinners, conferences, seminars, and important exhibitions.
• Negotiate and close major contracts, concluding agreements with clients to significantly increase business volume.
• Promote and uphold the company's name and brand reputation in the target market.
• Commit to achieving management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit periodic reports to the direct manager.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Sciences, or any other related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Standards

This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will operate within a professional environment, adhering to company standards for safety and environmental responsibility in all assigned tasks. Regular reporting to the direct manager is an integral part of this role.
