About the Role

Bravura, a provider of premium turnkey interior design and fit-out solutions, is expanding its presence in Riyadh. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive commercial growth and enhance our project pipeline within this dynamic market.

Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a persuasive professional capable of aggressively pursuing new clients, closing design and build contracts, and establishing strategic alliances with Tier-1 contracting companies to secure high-value sub-contracting work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major contracting and real estate development firms to secure sub-contracting opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their requirements and presenting Bravura's capabilities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms and successfully close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming mega-projects in Riyadh, and competitor activities to identify growth areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Specialist, preferably within the Fit-Out, Construction, or Interior Design sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. An existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, handle objections, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment, complemented by a highly lucrative commission and incentive structure tied directly to secured contracts.
