The Role of Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships within the performance-marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the development of tailored performance-marketing proposals.
• Conduct market research and generate leads through various channels.
• Follow up on inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Track pipeline activities and contribute to revenue forecasts and performance reports.
• Monitor industry trends, gather client feedback, and help refine strategies to strengthen 2Line Media’s market position.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant experience of 5-10 years in business development, sales, or account management within marketing, advertising, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet agreed timelines and targets.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily presence at the company's location.
