Business Services Analyst

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Business Services Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Role Overview

The Business Services Analyst will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, investigating reported issues, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track customer requests, inquiries, and service tickets.
• Provide timely support and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare reports and communicate investigation findings and updates.
• Coordinate with banks, billers, suppliers, service providers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support the onboarding of new partners and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer requests and activities.
• Monitor operational performance and assist in resolving service-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer support, service operations, or helpdesk environments.
• Basic technical troubleshooting and issue analysis skills.
• Understanding of service management processes and SLAs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
