About the Opportunity

Transit Stations Company is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on providing professional customer support and managing inquiries.

Role Overview

The Call Center Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling various inquiries and complaints across multiple communication channels. The role involves documenting customer interactions, coordinating with internal departments, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Document customer complaints and reports accurately within the approved system.
• Classify reports, transfer them to the relevant departments, and follow up until resolution.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on their requests and complaints.
• Handle customer inquiries received via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of reports.
• Prepare periodic reports related to call volumes and complaint resolution.
• Contribute to enhancing the customer experience and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in call centers or customer service.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required, with proficiency in English preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer segments.
• Ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
