Auxo Talent is seeking a Cards Consulting Program Lead to manage a large-scale cards transformation program for a prominent financial services and payments organization. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Program Leadership

The Cards Consulting Program Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a complex cards transformation program. This includes driving cards strategy across consumer, corporate, and SME segments, with a focus on customer value management (CVM), portfolio optimization, spend growth, activation, and profitability. The role also involves overseeing product launches, customer value proposition (CVP) enhancements, loyalty and rewards programs, digital enablement, and improvements to the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex cards transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Drive cards strategy across consumer, corporate, and SME segments, including CVM, portfolio optimization, spend growth, activation, and profitability.
• Oversee product launches, CVP enhancements, loyalty and rewards, digital enablement, and customer journey improvements.
• Establish program governance, manage risks, dependencies, issues, and executive reporting.
• Develop business cases, analytics, market assessments, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and analytics.
• Manage testing, readiness, go-live, stabilization, and benefit realization phases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive measurable commercial, customer, and operational outcomes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in cards consulting and program leadership within the financial services and payments sector. The ability to manage large-scale transformation initiatives and advise senior stakeholders is essential.
