Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager II will be responsible for the effective management of sales areas, focusing on continuous monitoring and review of team performance. This position is critical for ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and maintaining operational efficiency within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing and controlling van sales operations across assigned sales areas.
• Effectively managing the sales team to achieve budgeted volume and margin for Almarai products.
• Continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance to ensure targets are met.
• Contributing to budgetary preparation and planning processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales management.
• Demonstrated experience in budgetary preparation and planning.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP or similar software packages.

Required Skills

• Highly skilled in reporting and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
