The Opportunity: Divisional Product Development Manager

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager for Premier Foods to lead the comprehensive development of new products and the enhancement of existing product lines. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires over 10 years of experience in product development within the food manufacturing sector. The manager will ensure that all projects meet high standards for quality, innovation, and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of new products from concept to commercialization.
• Drive the enhancement and optimization of existing product lines.
• Create innovative formulations and explore new ingredients and technologies.
• Ensure all products meet Almarai’s standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Execute projects efficiently and effectively to bring new product concepts to market.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in product development, preferably within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Experience in creating innovative formulations and exploring new ingredients and technologies.
• Proven track record of collaborating with diverse functional teams.
