About the Role: HR Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking an HR Officer to support the HR Division within the sales department. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves delivering essential employee personnel services by reviewing various documents and preparing performance reports. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical requests to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Verify bank loan applications to confirm employee eligibility.
• Analyze school fee invoices to ensure entitlement and accuracy of claims.
• Verify salary documents for new and trial employees from various regions to ensure timely month-end payments.
• Analyze termination and final payment requests from regions, ensuring all required documents are complete.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to review and verify various types of documents accurately.
• Strong analytical skills for report preparation and claim verification.

Work Environment
