The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking an IT Account Manager (Transport & Logistics) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is part of a dynamic multinational team, supporting the company's growth plans through strategic IT alignment and service delivery. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The IT Account Manager is responsible for fulfilling Divisional IT requirements by ensuring the efficient and effective use of people, processes, tools, and technologies. This role focuses on aligning IT services with the current and future needs of the Division, with an objective to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and align IT services with the strategic needs of the Transport & Logistics Division.
• Ensure efficient utilization of IT resources, including personnel, processes, and technological tools.
• Oversee the delivery of IT solutions that meet divisional requirements.
• Work towards reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for IT services within the Division.
• Support the integration of IT services with current and future business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in IT account management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT requirements within a divisional context.
• Experience in aligning IT services with business needs and optimizing IT costs.
• Background in the transport and logistics sector is preferred.
