The Opportunity: IT Account Manager (Transport & Logistics)

Almarai is seeking an IT Account Manager (Transport & Logistics) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on fulfilling divisional IT requirements by ensuring the efficient and effective use of people, processes, tools, and technologies. The position aims to align IT services with the current and future needs of the division while working to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and align IT services with the strategic needs of the Transport & Logistics division.
• Ensure efficient utilization of IT resources, including personnel, processes, and technological tools.
• Implement strategies to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for IT services within the division.
• Support the division's current and future IT requirements through effective service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT services and align them with business objectives.
• Experience in optimizing IT resource utilization and managing costs.
