About the Role

Almarai is seeking an IT Administrator (Corporate) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the delivery of resilient and reliable IT infrastructure to internal customers across assigned geographical areas. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing the company's IT systems.

Core Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will be responsible for a range of critical IT functions. This includes the ongoing maintenance and upgrading of existing hardware, communication systems, and software components to ensure optimal performance and security. The role also involves implementing new IT facilities to support evolving business needs and providing timely resolution of user issues by troubleshooting malfunctioning infrastructure components.

• Maintaining and upgrading existing hardware, communication, and software components.
• Implementing additional IT facilities to meet business requirements.
• Resolving user calls by troubleshooting malfunctioning infrastructure components.
• Installing and managing servers.
• Performing a variety of IT-related tasks to support operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required. Specific technical experience includes working within an Oracle environment and exposure to implementing client/server-based applications. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures is also expected.
