About the IT Administrator Role

Almarai is seeking an IT Administrator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the delivery of resilient and reliable IT infrastructure to internal customers across assigned geographical areas. The role involves maintaining and upgrading existing IT components, implementing new facilities to meet business needs, and resolving user issues through troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade existing hardware, communication, and software components.
• Implement additional IT facilities to support evolving business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues with malfunctioning IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the overall resilience and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
• Manage and install servers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working within an Oracle environment.
• Exposure to implementing client/server-based applications.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
• Hands-on knowledge of software products used in the Almarai environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Business Object or similar products.
