The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) to lead the strategic direction and growth of the Poultry category within its Protein Business Unit. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves shaping long-term brand strategy, strengthening market positioning, and driving category performance in a competitive segment of the food industry. The position is part of a multinational team focused on furthering the group's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development of a structured Strategic Brand Framework to guide future brand decisions.
Oversee the creation of 5-year strategic plans, annual operating plans, and consumer-driven insights to support innovation, communication, and commercial execution.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and end-to-end business delivery.
Lead and develop a marketing team, focusing on capability growth, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing.
Demonstrated experience within the Poultry or Protein industry.
Proven commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving business outcomes.
