The Role: Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) to lead the strategic direction and growth of its Poultry category within the Protein Business Unit. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves shaping long-term brand strategy, strengthening market positioning, and driving category performance in a competitive and fast-growing segment of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) will be responsible for:

• Driving the creation of a structured Strategic Brand Framework to guide future brand decisions.
• Overseeing the development of 5-year strategic plans and annual operating plans.
• Utilizing consumer-driven insights to support innovation, communication, and commercial execution initiatives.
• Ensuring strong alignment and end-to-end business delivery across various functions.

Collaboration and Team Leadership

This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met. The Senior Marketing Manager will also lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, focusing on capability growth, robust performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this position should demonstrate:

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant marketing leadership role.
• Strong experience within the Poultry or Protein industry.
• Proven commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• The capacity to inspire and lead teams towards achieving business outcomes.
