The Opportunity: Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) to join its Protein Business Unit in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the strategic direction and growth of the Poultry category. The position focuses on shaping long-term brand strategy, enhancing market positioning, and driving category performance within a competitive segment of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a structured Strategic Brand Framework to guide future brand decisions.
• Oversee the creation of 5-year strategic plans and annual operating plans.
• Utilize consumer-driven insights to support innovation, communication, and commercial execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business alignment and end-to-end delivery.
• Lead and develop a marketing team, focusing on capability growth, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in the Poultry or Protein industry.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams towards business outcomes.
