The Role: Senior Planning Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Planning Officer (Sales) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring optimal inventory levels across all sales depots, aligning with the established inventory policy for every active SKU. The position involves monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales trends, and managing stock aging to minimize expiry risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock fluctuations to identify needs for replenishment or order adjustments.
• Analyze sales trends to develop effective stock replenishment plans.
• Identify aging stocks to reduce product expiry in depots.
• Submit consolidated planned orders for stock replenishment to CPP for confirmation.
• Offload CPP-approved replenishment stocks to SAP.
• Monitor CPP confirmed orders with sales depots.
• Generate weekly reefer turnaround delay reports.
• Generate service level reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply planning.
• Proven experience in managing a high number of SKUs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.

Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of business and sales trends.
• High analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player.
