Role Summary: Divisional Product Development Manager

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager for its Premier Foods division. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves leading the end-to-end development of new products and the enhancement of existing product lines. The Manager will ensure that all projects are executed to high standards, delivering quality, innovation, and commercial success within a dynamic multinational team focused on furthering the group's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development initiatives from initial concept through to commercialization.
• Create innovative formulations, explore new ingredients, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure that all developed products consistently meet Almarai’s established standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing, to efficiently bring new product concepts to market.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product development within the food manufacturing sector.
