The Role: HR Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking an HR Officer (Sales) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the HR Division, focusing on delivering essential employee personnel services specifically for the sales division. The role involves meticulous document review and the preparation of performance reports to ensure operational efficiency and compliance within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical requests to confirm coverage under company policy.
• Verify bank loan applications to ensure employee eligibility.
• Analyze school fee invoices to confirm employee entitlement and alignment with claims.
• Validate salary documents for new and trial employees from various regions to ensure timely month-end payments.
• Examine termination and final payment requests from regions to ensure all required documentation is complete.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR or Administrative role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The HR Officer (Sales) will operate within the Human Resources Division, providing dedicated support to the company's extensive sales operations across its regions.
