The Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the poultry factory site's full compliance with company safety and quality policies, as well as the Divisional Quality Management System. The manager will be responsible for achieving Divisional Business and Quality Objectives through effective management of all quality-related processes, personnel, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the poultry factory site adheres to the company's Safety Policy and Quality Policy.
• Oversee compliance with the Divisional Quality Management System.
• Manage all quality-related processes within the poultry factory.
• Lead and develop quality assurance personnel.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet quality objectives.
• Contribute to the achievement of Divisional Business and Quality Objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage quality processes and teams.
