Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry)

Almarai, the largest food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company in MENA, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Poultry) to lead the strategic direction and growth of its Poultry category. Based in Riyadh, this full-time position is within Almarai’s Protein Business Unit and is central to strengthening market positioning and driving category performance.

Role Purpose

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping the long-term brand strategy for the Poultry category. This involves developing a structured Strategic Brand Framework to guide future brand decisions and overseeing the creation of 5-year strategic plans and annual operating plans. The role requires leveraging consumer-driven insights to support innovation, communication, and commercial execution within a competitive market segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Strategic Brand Framework for the Poultry category.
• Oversee the creation of 5-year strategic plans and annual operating plans.
• Utilize consumer insights to drive innovation, communication strategies, and commercial execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business alignment and delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, focusing on capability growth and performance management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in branded FMCG, with a preference for the Poultry or wider Protein industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial results, supported by strong financial and strategic acumen.
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
• Strong capability in strategic brand planning, annual operating plans, and consumer insight analysis.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, organized, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and leadership attributes.
