Sharaf DG is seeking a Cashier to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant cashiering operations while delivering excellent customer service. The Cashier will handle customer inquiries, billing, returns, warranty cases, and financial transactions in line with company policies, contributing to smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Role Summary

The Cashier plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting loss prevention efforts within the store. This position involves direct interaction with customers and meticulous handling of various financial processes, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process POS transactions and issue receipts accurately.
• Handle multiple payment methods and ensure zero cash variance through daily reconciliation.
• Prepare deposits and Z-out reports, maintaining proper cash control and counter organization.
• Greet and assist customers professionally, providing accurate information on products, promotions, and policies.
• Manage customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and warranty cases, ensuring timely service and follow-up.
• Ensure POS systems are operational and report any system issues or suspicious activities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), financial controls, and safety procedures.
• Dispatch warranty items within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and track supplier returns.
• Process returns in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires working in a retail environment, interacting directly with customers and supporting store operations.
