About ACIX Middle East and the Role

ACIX Middle East is a leading Value-Added Distributor (VAD) specializing in Physical Security, Surveillance, Access Control, Time Attendance, AI Video Analytics, Networking, Storage, and Workplace & Workforce Solutions across the GCC region. We collaborate with System Integrators, Consultants, and Technology Partners to deliver integrated security solutions. We are seeking a Channel Sales Associate to drive business growth across Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing channel partners, generating new business, and supporting existing relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with System Integrators, Resellers, and End Customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ACIX's product portfolio.
• Promote ACIX's complete portfolio, including Video Surveillance, VMS Solutions, Access Control, Time Attendance, AI Video Analytics, Turnstiles & Entrance Automation, and Storage & Networking Solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to prepare technical proposals and project solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM.
• Conduct partner training, product awareness sessions, and roadshows.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, promotions, and technical support.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the ELV, Physical Security, or ICT industry.
• Experience working with distributors, system integrators, or security solution providers.
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring extensive travel across the region to meet business objectives and support partner relationships.
