About the Role

Fursan Travel is seeking a Saudi national to join its Airline Department as a Charter Sales Executive. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on supporting the company's business charter operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming charter requests, providing accurate pricing and operational details.
  • Coordinate charter bookings and handle all associated administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster sales growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
  • Monitor market trends to inform and support pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Requires 3–5 years of experience within the Business Aviation, Travel, or Airline Industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
  • Possesses commercial awareness and experience in business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to undertake overseas travel as required by the role.
