We are looking for a Head of Accounts with experience in real estate development as a prerequisite.

We are looking for a character:
- Has previously worked as a Head of Accounts in the real estate and contracting sector.
- Very meticulous and organized.
- Leadership qualities and firm in controlling expenses.
- Analytical and able to read project numbers in depth.
- Has a real understanding of the financial cycle of the real estate project.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Full supervision of general accounts and closing monthly and annual accounts.
- Preparing financial statements and analytical reports for real estate projects.
- Monitoring cash flows for projects and preparing variance reports.
- Controlling costs and monitoring budget estimates for projects.
- Reviewing financial contracts and ensuring the accuracy of accounting treatments.
- Coordinating with external auditors and government entities.
- Developing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Leading the accounting team and enhancing its efficiency.
