About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves contributing to construction projects by overseeing planning, supervision, and management of activities to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand requirements.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance.
• Assist in project planning, including resource allocation and cost control.
• Support the delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
