About the Role

Xad Technologies is urgently seeking a Civil Team Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for an upcoming Huawei Civil project, focusing on telecom tower assembly and erection. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site teams and ensuring project execution meets quality and safety standards.

Project Overview

This role is specifically for the Huawei Civil Project, which involves the assembly and erection of telecom towers. The Civil Team Lead will play a key role in the on-site operations, ensuring all civil works are completed efficiently and in compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee tower installation, site supervision, and all associated civil works.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on site.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in Huawei Civil Telecom Tower Assembly and Erection is essential.
• Strong knowledge of tower installation processes, site supervision, and civil engineering works.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction site teams.
• Must be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Availability for immediate joining is required.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves on-site work for the Huawei Civil project, requiring a candidate who is already located within KSA.
