The Role: Client Advisor Repossi

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Client Advisor for Repossi in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering customer experiences and driving sales. The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, leveraging strong brand knowledge and expertise in fashion and style to engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Drive business growth through sales initiatives.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of omnichannel operations, utilizing both physical and digital channels.
Connect with customers across various platforms to ensure consistent service.
Maintain a high level of service quality in all customer interactions.
Represent the Repossi brand through comprehensive product knowledge and expertise in fashion and style.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fashion or jewellery.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
Proficiency in engaging with customers through various channels.
