Bvlgari, established in 1884, is recognized for its creations inspired by Roman heritage, featuring colored gemstone combinations, innovation, and magnificence. We are seeking a Client Advisor & Sales Support to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in retail, focusing on delivering a luxurious shopping experience and supporting boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients and prospects entering the store, providing a high level of service.
• Understand client needs, offer customized advice, and introduce them to the brand's offerings.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
• Manage the sales process according to delivery standards, applying appropriate selling techniques.
• Contribute to the achievement of store and service KPIs.
• Register client data for future contact, personalized CRM actions, and client development.
• Perform all CRM one-to-one activities.
• Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure the front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle After Sales service front office activities, including processing repairs, conducting customer interviews, and entering data into SAP.
• Act as a proactive point of reference for estimate approvals, lead-time updates, returns, and invoicing of repaired products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Complete online training modules and participate in defined training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.

Required Experience
